Refunds

We greatly appreciate your patience while we work with event promoters to obtain firm information regarding event postponements and cancellations through these unprecedented times.

If you have tickets to an event that has been rescheduled or postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, some event promoters are offering refunds at this time.

If you purchased tickets for an event that is offering refunds at this time, and your refund request is submitted during the listed refund date window, your refund will be processed as follows.

  • If you purchased using a credit card, the card will be refunded the full purchase price.
  • If you used cash to purchase your tickets, see below information.
  • Please allow up to 60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account or to receive your check in the mail.

If you purchased from Ticketmaster or a third party ticketing site, you will need to request a refund from that original point of purchase. If you purchased tickets for an event that is not listed below, please contact boxoffice@thebmoharrisbankcenter.com for more information.

Tickets Purchased at Box Office (Credit Card)

To request a refund for tickets purchased using a credit card, email the following information to boxoffice@thebmoharrisbankcenter.com for tickets purchased directly at the Coronado and BMO Harris Bank Center box offices. Please note that refunds must be requested within the refund date window that is listed by each event above. Please provide a valid phone number, you will receive a call to confirm refund. DO NOT send credit card info via email.

Tickets Purchased at Box Office (Cash)

To request a refund for tickets purchased using cash, email boxoffice@thebmoharrisbankcenter.com to set up an appointment to receive your refund. Please include the following information.

  • First & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Mailing Address
  • Proposed Appointment Date (Monday - Friday)

*By requesting a refund, please understand that your tickets will be void and you will not be admitted to the rescheduled event or guaranteed the seat locations.

COVID-19 Update

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all events have been postponed, cancelled, or otherwise impacted.

We thank you for your patience and support during this time, and we will continue to provide updates on our website and social media as they become available.
